Traffic circles

I had a drink on my balcony, just watching the traffic going through the circle below. After listening to the constant, panicky honking, I realized one thing: we Americans suck at navigating traffic circles. Even at Davis I witnessed many a bike accident occur on the campus circles. Europeans are much better at it, are more comfortable with the constant merging and the uneven flow. L'Enfant was mistaken in designing this city like Paris. We're American, we prefer traffic lights.
